DYCOURAGE WHEEL, founded in 2016, is a national new high tech enterprise focusing on R&D, design, manufacturing and sales of aluminum alloy wheel. The company has the whole-process capacity integrated with conceptual design, development, manufacturing, sales ,and service of products. It also has the rich experience of conducting professional development and manufacturing according to the customer's sample or drawing.
Product specifications are from 8 to 32 inches,more than 1500 sets of mould design, more than 8000 kinds of product models, covering the whole series of commercial vehicles, passenger vehicles and ATV;Surface technology is includes full painting, bright surface, milling processing, color, drawing, electroplating, and so on.
DYCOURAGE can provide quick and high quality customized service according to customer's specific requirements. It will only take 30-35 days to develop a new wheel, which includes shape confirmation, mold development, mold test and production, and sample finalization.
With the goal of producing high-quality wheels, DYCOURAGE provides high cost-effective products according to market segments and different customer needs.
DYCOURAGE owns multiple sets of advanced equipment and facilities which are famous brands from America, Taiwan, and Japan for wheel production and inspection. In order to ensure efficiency and social responsibility, the process of production within DYCOURAGE is strictly operated according to the Standard TS16949, and conformed to the implementation of lean production and total quality management of 4M1E (man, machine, material, method, environment)
